Registration

The following registration fees will be in effect for the 2016 NFV-SDN conference.

Please note:

  • Price increase will take effect on October 18 October 31, 2016. Note that all the tutorials are free with the conference registration. Please register early!
  • Conference Registration Includes: All conference sessions (Monday through Wednesday) including Tutorials, Workshops, 2 daily coffee breaks, demos, proceedings, Welcome reception, presentation of up to 3 papers if author of each paper.
  • To be published in the IEEE NFV-SDN 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one FULL registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE NFV-SDN 2016 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEEXplore®.

Call for Conference Volunteers
