# Camera Ready Paper Submission Guidelines

The deadline for submission is October 7th. Final manuscripts must be uploaded through EDAS.

The page limit is set to 6 pages, but authors can pay USD 100 for one additional page.

The appropriate copyright clearance code notice is to appear on the bottom of the first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. Detailed instructions can be found at http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/index.html

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-0933-6/16/$31.00 ©2016 Crown • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-0933-6/16/$31.00 ©2016 European Union
• For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-5090-0933-6/16/$31.00 ©2016 IEEE Some useful tips for LaTex and MS Word users: Latex users can add following lines just before \begin{document} for the copyright notice to show up (shown below as an EXAMPLE FOR THE FOURTH OPTION above):  \IEEEoverridecommandlockouts \IEEEpubid{\makebox[\columnwidth]{978-1-5090-0933-6/16/\$31.00~\copyright~2016 IEEE \hfill} \hspace{\columnsep}\makebox[\columnwidth]{ }} 
MSWord users can use: ‘Insert’ -> ‘Text box’, insert the appropriate copyright notice in the texbox, and place the box (without border) at the bottom left on the first page.

Please make sure to include the CORRECT copyright clearance code notice according to above options!!!

##### Before Submission

Please check your papers at the PDF eXpress service from IEEE (www.pdf-express.org) for correct formatting and conformance with IEEE Xplore publication rules. Details can be found in the PDF here: PDF eXpress instructions

In addition, fill in and submit the IEEE copyright to EDAS. Template can be used directly from EDAS (preferred) or the template can be found here: https://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html
